The Isle Royale pack is set up for adventure.  Tall and narrow it will help you get through the tight spots while traveling off-trail.  Dual vertical pockets straddle an axe sheath on the front of the pack.  Both sides offer solid brass D rings with para-cord for compressing a smaller load, there are also slip pockets to make securing external gear a breeze. Lash points are sewn on the top flap and at the bottom of the pack.  Padded backstraps are made from premium harness leather and faced with buckskin. The sternum strap is adjustable and the included waist belt is removable. Mors Kochanski says "The More you know, the less you carry".  Well if you’re heading out to learn some things, the Isle Royale will allow you to pack a little extra and carry it in style.  18 ounce American waxed canvas, leather from Minnesota and Ohio, built at the Frost River Workshop in Duluth Minnesota.
