Returns

We here at Frost River are an understanding bunch. Whether that Large Flight Bag is far larger than anticipated or if the gift of the Small Field Satchel is not quite what you need for your 2 month arctic adventure, we will do our best to help. Simply follow our return instructions below and we will make things right. 

RETURNS FOR CREDIT WILL BE ACCEPTED
UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER THE INVOICE DATE.  
(For the invoice price.) 

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Include a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have the invoice, include a letter with the following information:

  1. Name
  2. Address
  3. Phone number
  4. Email address
  5. Date of purchase
  6. Reason for the return
  7.  Specify whether you would like an exchange or a
    refund to the credit / bank card used.
 
We will credit your account within 10-15 business days.
Items being returned or exchanged must be in a new, unused and unaltered condition.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We may have to contact you for additional information to complete the return.
