SHIPPING POLICY

We process online orders all day at our shop in Duluth, Minnesota. As the manufacturer of all our Frost River bags, we pride ourselves in making the “reliable softgoods” you choose to buy. We work hard to maintain stock levels to allow quick delivery of the items you want. Orders for goods that are in stock normally ship the same day, or if on a holiday or weekend, the next business day. Occasionally, we need to build something especially for an order, in that case we will need a few days to get your item into the production workflow, built, and on its way. You can expect to receive an email when your order has been entered into our system and another when the package ships and is on the way to you. EXPEDITED SHIPPING

If you need expedited shipping it is a good idea to give us a call to find out if the item is available for immediate shipping. You can reach us at 218.727.1472 or 800.FROST84. If your order is placed after 3pm CST, it will not be processed until the next day.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping timeframe for international shipping will be dependent on the chosen carrier. We do not have control over any Duties / Tariff’s and said costs will be the customers responsibility.


WHEN WE SHIP

Every day that our carriers are open, we can ship packages. Weekend and Holiday orders will be sent the first available shipping business day.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING Deadlines

Christmas shipping in the Continental US:


We work to process orders as quickly as possible once we receive them, but if you place your order after 3pm CST, it’s likely that it will go with the following day’s shipment if your items are all in stock. We will work as hard as we can to get your orders picked and shipped as quickly as possible once we receive your order. The dates below are the final ship days that we’ve been told by our carriers for Christmas delivery, so place your orders before then if you’d like to get them under the tree. Wednesday December 14th (Last day for standard shipping through UPS & FedEx with pre-Christmas delivery, choose Expedited or USPS after the 14th)

Our last day to ship all orders through normal UPS & FedEx services for Christmas delivery. Orders placed before the 14th will be eligible for Christmas delivery with all carriers for in-stock items.

Tuesday December 20th (Last day for 2-day services & USPS 1st Class Mail – get your orders in!)

Today is our last day to ship UPS via 2nd Day Air, FedEx via 2day, and USPS via 1st class mail to arrive before Christmas.
