Bought this to attach via clips to my Nessmuk pack, for a trip to France. Provided a bit of extra space and fast access to those things. Not traditional use as such but proved versatile and helpful. Excellent construction/very handy.

Thwarted? Not hardly...

I am a confirmed Frost River addict. Having ordered a Merrick Canoe for spring of 2021. I was pondering the canoe page of the FR catalog when my wife intervened and said Stop don't do it. SWMBO sure but she's sweet and means well. And having ordered the canoe on an ask forgiveness later basis I politely refrained. Turns out she suggested this Thwart Bag and the Bow Bag to her parents who then urged me to buy both on their dime for my Christmas gift. Nice. All is well that ends well.
