We are searching for an individual to join our Marketing Team. The Marketing and Inside Sales Senior Coordinator will work directly with the Marketing Program Manager in the implementation of the Marketing Calendar for both Direct to Consumer and Retail Partner Channels of Superior TECH. The role will also work to create a positive customer experience for Retail Partner accounts.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement Content Calendar for B2B and B2C customers including but not limited to: Newsletter creation via mailchimp, social media planning (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram), blog post writing and creation on ecommerce platform.
- Assist in the development of ecommerce websites.
- Assist in the organization and maintenance of DAM/PIM system.
- Support third party marketing group deliverables.
- Photography and videography oversight, including the direction of interns.
- Use Quickbook software to enter wholesale orders and prepare paperwork.
- Communicate via email or by phone with Retail Partner accounts at assigned touch points or through ongoing conversations.
- Identify target Retail Partner accounts and assess the validity of potential accounts.
- Assist in tradeshow execution (2-4 per year, travel required).
- Demonstrate flexibility and time management as workload and attention shifts to various divisions of Superior TECH.

INDUSTRIAL SEWING OPERATOR - FT REGULAR
Industrial Sewing Operators operate and tend sewing machines to join, reinforce, and overall construct a robust collection of designs. They monitor machine operation to detect problems such as defective stitching, breaks in thread, or machine malfunctions. Operators cut material according to specifications, using blades, scissors, or other electrical equipment.
Sewing operators will work both individually and in teams to manufacture goods.

Production Technicians - Automated Cutting/Sewing - FT or PT Regular
Production Technicians work with automated cutting machines and tacking machines to cut and apply canvas and leather components to Frost River softgoods. This employment oppurtunity supports the production team in providing kits comprised of all of peices and materials needed for sewing staff to craft products. There is opportunity to expand the position and cross-learn other aspects of production.
