The simple adaptability of the Arrowhead Rolltop Daypack makes carrying a small bundle, or a large load, a breeze.

If you are only carrying a little bit, roll the top all the way down and cinch the leather straps to the bag. Need more space? Unroll the top. The long straps and extra height allow expanded capacity. Waxed canvas is water resistant, and when matched with a rolled top it is especially weather tight.

Lash Squares

Chestnut Leather Lash Squares allow for adding capacity to the exterior of the pack. Add leather straps to quickly attach jackets, blankets, etc to the front of the pack.

12in and 15in Widths Available

The Arrowhead No. 395 is our standard Arrowhead at 12in width. The No.398 Arrowhead is 15in in width for carrying larger loads.

Pocket Layout

The No.395 and No.398 Arrowheads have one interior hanging zippered pocket and two external side slip pockets.

The Arrowhead Trail Rolltop Collection

Scenario 1: You start your frosty morning bike commute wearing your fleece, wind shell, gloves and hat (Arrowhead Trail Rolltop cinched down to 18-inch height). But the day warms up, and on the way home you need to stow all that stuff plus more work from the office…Aargh! (Arrowhead Trail Rolltop expanded to 27-inch height…and you can still buckle the flap straps!). Scenario 2: (substitute "day hike in the Adirondacks"). Scenario 3: (substitute "trek to campus")…You get the idea.

The simple adaptability of the Arrowhead Rolltop makes carrying a small bundle, or a large load, a breeze. If you’re only carrying a little bit, roll the 18 oz. waxed canvas top all the way down and cinch the leather straps to the bag. Need more space? Unroll the top. The long, harness leather straps and extended top allow expanded capacity. Waxed canvas is water resistant, and when matched with a rolled top it is especially weather tight. There’s a loop for a blinking bike light, along with lash squares to tie stuff on… it’s a waxed canvas commuter pack that’s made in Duluth and really hauls!

    Awesome pack!

I literally use this bag a lot. If you’re a bigger dude like me this is the back for you for overnight stays. Built like a tank and worth every penny! Should be something you can hand down for generations!

    Good pack, very sturdy

I'm using this for every day wear and eventual commuting, not heavy-duty hiking. Holds everything I might need to carry, canvas is thick and heavy, and I especially like how thick the straps are. Padding in the back combined with the way the straps are arranged keeps it from cutting into my shoulders when I'm carrying something heavy, which is nice on longer grocery trips. Looks great, too.

    Best backpack I’ve ever owned

Incredibly sturdy with a huge interior but still manages to be light on my back when I’m biking or hiking. Definitely the best pack I’ve used in the city or backpacking.
